Industry Opportunities
Volunteer Opportunities
The IJIS Institute provides company-neutral expertise through the use of volunteers that serve on working teams, panels, and committees. Volunteers are solicited through calls for volunteers, industry representatives, and speakers. Responses to calls are compared against predefined criteria, and final selections are made by the committee chairs and/or the IJIS Institute Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Paid Opportunities
The IJIS Institute staff procures and manages paid resources from its member companies through calls for consultants in projects involving short-term consultative and technology assistance engagements, and through Requests-for-Proposals (RFPs) for projects involving training administration, course material development, or project task orders. Consultant and contractor selections are made by IJIS Institute staff after evaluating responses against pre-defined criteria. Consultants are paid the government rate of $450/day and contractors are paid their standard government labor rates; both receive reimbursement for approved travel costs.
Government RFPs/RFIs
As a service to state and local governments and our members, the IJIS Institute posts Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) as requested.
