Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be sent in writing to camille.bechtel@ijis.org.
- Cancellations received prior to December 17, 2010, will be issued a refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received on or after December 17, 2010, are not entitled to a refund.
