- Cancellations must be sent in writing to camille.bechtel@ijis.org.
- Cancellations received prior to December 23, 2011, will be issued a refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received on or after December 23, 2011, are not entitled to a refund.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is approximately 6 miles (10 minutes) from the hotel and is via the Yellow Line to Gallery Place (a $2.50 fare and a 15 minute ride). Taxi fare is approximately $20.
