Frank Felice
Co-owner / Vice President of Sales & Marketing, New Dawn Technologies
Frank A. Felice, co-owner of New Dawn Technologies and currently the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, has been involved in the justice and public safety field for over fifteen years. His private sector background includes positions working in sales and marketing management, support and services, documentation and proposal writing. Over the last decade his focus has primarily been centered on providing executive leadership to New Dawn Technologies, a leading global provider of court, prosecutor, public defender, probation, parole and pretrial case management software.
Mr. Felice holds a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and Finance from Utah State University and is finalizing an Executive Master in Business Administration from the University of Utah. He is a long time member of the IJIS Institute where he helped facilitate New Dawn Technologies resources participation under the direction of the Institute to create compliant reference documents for the exchange of data from prosecutors to other justice partners. New Dawn was the only commercial case management vendor that participated on the committee as an industry vendor.
Mr. Felice is also a member and proud supporter of the International Association of Chiefs of Police, American Probation and Parole Association, Forum for the Advancement of Court Technology, and National Association of Pretrial Services Agencies.
