Webinar 3: Defining and Measuring Success: Performance Measurement for Strategies to Increase Health Insurance Enrollment and Care Coordination for Justice Involved Populations  (April 26th, 2:00-3:00pm ET)
Connecting justice populations to coverage and care matters, and state Medicaid and justice agencies need to measure what matters in order to ensure they are meeting objectives and achieving success. The webinar series on connecting criminal justice and health concludes with a session on how criminal justice and state Medicaid agencies can develop a performance measurement structure and process to monitor and improve efforts to increase coverage and promote continuity of care for reentering populations. The webinar will consist of an overview of performance measurement, discuss ways to define “success,” generally, and suggest concrete ways practitioners can track their efforts to increase coverage and continuity of care.
