Each year since 2011, the IJIS Institute has hosted the Badge & Tech Benefit & Awards Dinner in conjunction with the IJIS Institute National Symposium.
It is at this event that industry, government, and IJIS partner organizations come together to benefit a nonprofit organization dedicated to making the public safer and more secure. This year, the dinner will be especially memorable since we will also celebrate the 15th Anniversary of the IJIS Institute.
In years when recipients are selected for the Shumate and Innovation Awards, a presentation ceremony is held in conjunction with the Badge & Tech Benefit. (Learn more about the awards here.)
Join us at the IJIS Institute’s Seventh Annual Badge & Tech Benefit & Awards Dinner on Thursday, March 2, 2017, as we come together to celebrate IJIS' 15th Anniversary, and to enjoy an evening of lively conversation with friends and colleagues. We can think of no better way to celebrate our Anniversary than to donate the Benefit proceeds to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund. The event will be held at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, Virginia. (This is the same facility hosting the National Symposium.)
