IJIS Institute Members are making a difference! Together we are driving public-sector technology innovation and empowering information sharing to promote safer and healthier communities.
The IJIS Institute welcomes as its Members all companies who provide solutions (services or products) to public-sector organizations within our areas of focus. As a member of the IJIS Institute, you will have the opportunity to participate in helping stakeholder communities facilitate mission-critical technology advancement and information sharing and safeguarding. Our Members are leaders and innovators in information technology, and are interested in promoting more effective information sharing while participating in national efforts to improve the quality of information technology for the public sector to promote safer and healthier communities. Member companies and their employees are the backbone of the IJIS Institute and receive a number of Member benefits. Member companies can participate in IJIS Institute Committees, Task Forces, and Working Groups, and have access to opportunities such as Technology Assistance (TA) and training engagements. The continued annual financial support of our Member companies helps the Institute continue its work, and, as a Member, you and your employees are active participants in achieving the IJIS Institute mission. Each member company may register an unlimited number of employees working within its organization to receive IJIS Institute membership privileges.
Why join IJIS?
Annual dues are based on the Member company's overall gross annual income and are as follows:
* Single-person Consultancy/Startup membership is available for a one-person company or a start-up company (< 2 years old) with up to $400,000 (may be subject to verification) in annual revenues. Dues must be paid for two years in advance.
Our Members abide by the IJIS Institute Members' Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, encouraging and promoting honest, ethical, and integrity-based business dealings with practitioners, members of academia, and fellow member companies serving public-sector communities and fostering a spirit of collaboration and mutual respect.
IJIS Institute Sustaining Members are companies who are seriously and deeply committed to achieving the IJIS mission of driving public sector technology innovation and empowering information sharing to promote safer and healthier communities. Sustaining Members receive additional IJIS Institute benefits and are an active part in determining the future course for the Institute. Each Sustaining member company may register an unlimited number of employees working within its organization to receive IJIS Institute membership privileges.
The annual cost for Sustaining Membership is $18,000. Existing Member companies who upgrade to a Sustaining Membership receive credit for the number of months remaining on existing membership.
